1. A review of your learning technology

Auditing your learning technology solutions means giving us controlled access to your learning management system (LMS) to conduct a detailed review of your exisiting technology. This allows us to clearly see what is working well, what features could be better utilised, and where there may be opportunities to improve learning deployment.

2. A review of some of your current content

We will ask you to identify 2-3 courses that best reflect your current learning experiences, whether these are online or in-person. We will assess the approach you have taken to structure, instructional design, authoring tools, and delivery of your existing learning initiatives, focusing on how well they engage learners and align with your organisation’s goals.

The audit report

The report identifies any gaps and opportunities that we have been able to uncover. We highlight areas where you could make improvements or innovative approaches so that you increase the impact of the experience learners get.


You will receive a clear, practical summary of insights and suggested next steps to enhance your learning strategy, and we will identify places where you may want to consider valuable changes to your content and technology choices.
