Flexible options that work in today’s environment

There are many reasons why you would want to hone your learning design skills; you may not have all the know-how you need right now or to fit in with your career plans. You may be new to learning design and want to learn more about how to make your learning engaging and memorable. Or perhaps things are changing and your organisation is moving towards more online delivery, and you don’t want to get left behind. You may even be looking for ways to learn new skills towards a career change and you are transitioning into learning design.

Whatever the reason, Like-Minded can help you improve and you can show others that you have the makings of a great learning professional!

If online is for you, then find out more and browse the modules to identify what will fill your skill gap.

In-person training

We recognise that everyone has specific training needs and acknowledge the fact that time is valuable. Add to that the fact that everyone in starting the journey from a different level, which means that a one size -course doesn’t fit all.

You may have some experience; you may be a seasoned facilitator or trainer, but you are new designing online modules; you may have a niche area of training that you need to develop to complete your skill set.

In-person training can often sound like the ‘expensive route’ but it can be a tailored 1-on-1 experience or group training and may well give you the best value for money and the best use of your time.

Personalised and relevant coaching and mentoring is often the best follow -up or blend with other forms of training, such as online modules or in-person sessions.

If you work through any of our other training options, you can ‘level-up’ to Like-Minded’s Platinum recognition by adding specific coaching and mentoring activities to support your online learning.
